About Counsellor:
I have good experience in mentoring individuals and have worked with youth & colleagues in helping them understand their personalities & key interpersonal skills. Encouraged by the good feedback received from those sessions, I was motivated to become a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) to assist the youth of today make the right choices, early in life, to secure their future. I think it is essential for students to be aware of these choices and also be guided to see if they are suitable for the same as per their interest, passion and abilities. I truly believe that with my experience at work over the years and my innate desire to support the community, I will be able to assist the youth find their true career path to thrive in the future!
I am a passionate, driven, experienced & empathetic professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles over the last 28 years in Operations & Compliance, Business Administration and Sustainability & CSR with two reputed Multinational Companies in the Middle East & India. Also, as a Joint Managing Trustee (Freelance), I help manage our Higher Calling Trust since 2016 supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and generating awareness about the disease. I constantly look at opportunities for self improvement, developing others & supporting the community.

TG Ganesh is one of those rare professionals who doesn''t just study, analyse and interpret data for the student, Instead he feels from his heart, goes into the depths of understanding the child as a whole and guides just like a mentor should. My son recently had very fruitful career assessment & planning sessions with TG Ganesh from the Target Career Counselling team. We started with a pre-counselling session which gave us clarity on the approach, methodology and expected outcomes for the upcoming sessions. After completing this initial session, we signed up and paid the fees. My son completed an on-line assessment that covered 5 areas that included personality, interests, learning styles, values & motivators and skills & abilities. The second session followed which explored career options which was related to the analysis of the earlier on-line assessment and subsequently a final session that focused on the preferred the career path and also identified education / skills enhancement action items that my son would need to do to address any gaps in his current profile. I attended all these video calls and was impressed with TG Ganesh''s professionalism and depth of knowledge in career counselling. I recently got my daughter career counselling done through Target Career Counselling, and the experience was excellent. Ganesh was extremely patient and understanding with my daughter, while also reassuring us as parents. The process was immersive and insightful for my daughter to understand her personality, know her strength and area of improvement. The session really helped her gain clarity on her next career steps. We went through a career counseling session with Mr.Ganesh sir. Since, we were in a total dilemma of what my son actually wants. It hit me hard when he said I donno what to pursue after 10th. When I searched I got Ganesh . He cleared out doubt and laud a path which is promising. His calm way of explaining things worked out the dilemma inside me. I think all parents go through this face.
